BL超音波插體

Ultrasonic Tip for Endodontic Treatment（B&L）​

• BL 超音波插體用於根管治療，例如：尋找隱藏的根管開口（Orifice）、窩洞內繼生鈣化牙本質（Secondary and Calcify Dentin）與髓石（Pulp Stone）。
• 雷射雕刻的微細突粒（Micro-Projections），提高效率、減低磨耗，延長壽命。
• BL-1：直徑0.5mm、長度16mm、尖銳形尖端，有效移除髓石，100μm的微細突粒用於根管再治療時，可快速移除馬來膠的根管封填材料。 ​
• BL-3：直徑0.5mm、長度16mm、尖端的底部與側邊均有100μm細微突粒，可有效移除根管壁的繼生牙本質、髓石及牙髓腔底部的齒質。有效移除牙髓角(pulp horn)，增加髓腔開啟修形時的視野。
• BL-4：直徑1mm、長度16mm、圓盤狀（Disk）形尖端，能將牙髓腔底部的髓石或不規則牙本質表面平整。50μm微細突粒。
• BL-5：直徑0.3mm、長度21mm、相較於BL-1，BL-5更細、長，易於移除根管間的峽縫（Isthmus）。50μm微細突粒。能有效修形根管冠部1/2，安全地預留牙根釘柱（Post）空間。​​
• BL-6-A：尖端沒有微細突粒的BL-5。能在狹窄與薄長的根管內進行髓腔開啟。用於狹窄根管內的斷裂器械周圍牙本質清除。

• JT-2S（前彎）、JT-2R（左彎）、JT-2L （右彎）、JT-2B（直型，依個案折彎）。
• 可預彎的根尖手術插體：牙醫師依照臨床需求，將JETip插體彎曲至臨床所需的長度及角度。
• 微突顆粒設計（Micro-projection）：微細突粒與插體金屬為一體成形，堅固耐磨。傳統的鑽石鍍膜插體，容易快速磨損，而JE Tip的微突粒在根尖切削時則更銳利、耐用。
• 多種造型與大小，有效移除馬來膠和牙本質。在移除馬來膠時仍保持原狀。
• 折彎器（Bending Jig）材質柔軟，彎曲不同角度，不會破壞突出的細微顆粒。
• 折彎器有五種深度（3~7 mm），彎曲不同長度。每個孔穴可用2~4次。
